Mark Aulabaugh was the voice of Seymour for many years through his dedication and service as the KSEY radio DJ. Many generations grew up listening to Mark play music, talk about his beloved Texas Rangers, and give daily notices about town. He was also well known for his giving nature. He often donated to many local charities and Seymour Helping Hands was one that benefited greatly from his kind heart.
Mark passed away in early 2023, and his loss was felt deeply throughout our community. In honor of Mark and all he did to help SHH to give toys out to Seymour youth we have decided to have a yearly Christmas in July Mark Aulabaugh Memorial Toy Run. We hope to use this event to raise money to purchase items for teenagers to have gifts during the holidays as well as to accept toys to be donated to the Seymour Fire Department in Mark's memory.
The event will consist of a Poker Run that will take riders along a scenic view of Baylor and the surrounding counties. We will have music, food, and some fun games for the kids. We hope to see you in July.

2024 is lining up to be the biggest and best year yet for Seymour Helping Hands. We hope that you will take the time to attend our events, come visit the Community Center to see what we have to offer you, or better yet- VOLUNTEER and be part of the change in our community!!!
