School is out- don't throw away a perfectly good backpack- DONATE IT!
We all know that when school lets out the backpack gets thrown in a corner and forgotten until it is usually thrown away. This year bring those gently used backpacks to us and we can donate it to kids in foster care so that they have something besides a trash bag to carry their clothes from one foster home to another.
All we ask is that you ensure that it is not ripped or torn up and then you can drop it off at the SHH Community Center donation box- 100 S Washington.
